“ Good place to have traditional Chinese dianxin cuisine in Burnaby. Better to book early, otherwise need to wait a long time especially during weekend. Cantonese cuisine tastes delicious and authentic. Seafood material is fresh. Price is reasonable, waiters and waitress are nice and check customers frequently whether they need anything or changing plates. Strongly recommend my friends and clients to come here. ”

“ Enjoyed fish and vegetables, beef and bitter melon, pork tendon in sweet sauce. Came again today and our group ordered about 10 dishes and paid less than 20 per person for dim sum. Big dishes of food so full with leftovers to take home.came again recently and got served quickly with lots of food leftovers. Come here regularly with tai chi class as within walking distance from Burnaby south Neighbourhood house. Better than station square restaurant. Came again with friends. Enjoyed everything including purple yam purses. Came again for dinner and enjoyed the crispy chicken. Also had spicy beans, halibut, fish and veggies. Came again for lunch. Had fried fish, beef balls, beef rice rolls. Rice rolls too sticky. Fish a bit bony. Beef balls nice and bouncy. Came again with 19 guests from tai chi group at two tables. Everything delicious and eaten up. Enjoyed noodles, eggplant, beef balls. Came again with church group and enjoyed Pekin duck wrap, lettuce wrap, and beef slices ”
“ Stumbled upon this restaurant during my Vancouver trip, and what a positive surprise! Coming from Toronto, this was hands-down the best dim sum I've had in Canada, in terms of selection, presentation, quality, portion, and value. There were quite a few inventive options that I've never seen at dim sum places in Toronto. The eggplant was perfectly cooked, the rabbit and pig-shaped buns were so cute and the tofu 豆腐花 came in a wooden bucket, which is very authentic. The decor was also quite nice, seems to be newly renovated and quite clean. Would highly recommend! ”
“ The dim sum at this place was authentic and amazing. Be prepared for a long wait and get your number on the list with the hostess at the beginning. We were 2 ppl and had about a 30min wait on a holiday even after noon time. The steamed rice roll with fish cake inside was recommended to us from a friend and I had never had it for dim sum before. Perhaps its a restaurant specialty but it tasted really good and we both thought it was delicious. Everything was very freshly cooked and taste was just right. Service was hospitable and as you’d expect from a dim sum place. Lots of options and pretty reasonably priced. ”
“ So busy and it’s clear why! There are commonly line ups, but once you’re in, expect very efficient service from the staff and good food from the kitchen! Portions are pretty big and some of them are presented uniquely. Only took the photo of the shrimp looking like flower, but plenty of colourful dumplings available too! ”
“ Brought the Fam plus Mother in Law for dinner tonight, and got their three-dish Combo (tenderloin beef with egg plant, braised fish with broccoli, and truffle infused free range chicken) that came with our choice of Duck-egg encrusted Crab (other choices included fish or lobster) that comes with fish maw soup and dessert (baked mango pudding AND red bean soup) what a tasty treat! Added a dish of garlic fried pea tips, that was big! Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. To top it off we had the best waitress - May - who was attentive and spoke English and made helpful suggestions such as removing an item when we switched to the combo. We also had the best server Wilson, who - when mother in law liked the sweet soup and wanted to pack the extra bowl - poured it in a container and then topped it up with even more. Could not have asked for a better evening at Grand Crystal. ”
